Family Discount:
TO ENSURE THAT ANY ELIGIBLE FAMILY DISCOUNTS APPLY, YOU MUST REGISTER ALL OF YOUR ATHLETES DURING ONE SINGLE SESSION.
You will have the opportunity to register additional family members for this season on the SUMMARY PAGE.
As part of your registration, each athlete is issued equipment and/or cheer uniforms that are property of the Jr. Wolves organization. In order to ensure proper care is taken with the uniforms/equipment, a security deposit check will be collected at check out. These checks will be held securely by the organization for the duration of the season. The checks are not cashed/deposited unless cheer uniforms/equipment are deemed damaged or lost.
At the end of the season, when Jr. Wolves owned equipment/cheer uniforms are returned, the deposit checks are then returned to the parents.
Deposit checks will be collected in the following amounts at the time of cheer uniform/tackle equipment check out.

**Optional items such as practice jerseys, combine t-shirts, additional pants/socks, and spirit wear are available for purchase on the registration page for an additional cost.
The Jr Wolves offer an online payment processing system to register and pay for participation in the program. You will step through several pages of policies that you will sign by typing your name, add new athletes to your profile and check out by paying with a credit card or other payment option.
The JR Wolves program offers a discount to families that register 3 or more athletes for the same season. Email registration@prjrwolves.com for your discount code.
The Family Discount Policy States:
Specific registration dates have been set by the program to ensure several objectives are met on time, such as jersey ordering and team planning. We recognize however that things happen and will evaluate late registrations on a case by case basis.
The Late and Wait list Policy States
A. Early bird pricing is in effect for all programs from:
a. February 1, 2025 thru March 31, 2025.
B. Standard pricing is in effect for all programs from:
a. April 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025
b. Registration for all programs closes on May 31, 2025.
C. Wait list registration is in effect on June 1, 2025 for all programs.
D. No registrations are accepted after the combine has begun, however individual situations will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
E. IMPORTANT: Wait list Registration
a. Wait list Registration does not guarantee participation for the athlete; however, we will make every effort for all players to be part of the Jr. Wolves program when space permits.
