2025 Cheer Practice Schedule and Information

Registration (Discount if Registered by 3/31)

- Mascot Cheer - 2/9/2025 through 5/31/2025

Uniform Try On/Sizing (SignUp Genius will be posted at later date)
- May 9th (5PM - 7PM)
- May 10th (9AM - 12PM)

MANDATORY Concussion Testing Athletes 6-8 Grade
- Concussion test must be completed prior to first practice. More information and details to follow in future communications.

Outdoor Practice: June 9 to July 23, 2025. Outdoor Facility is @ Prairie Grove Police Department (3125 Barreville Rd, Crystal Lake, IL 60012)
- Comp Cheer: Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30PM
- Mascot Cheer: Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30PM
- Parent Meeting: June 9, 2025 5:30-6:00PM

***MANDATORY CHOREOGRAPHY FOR COMPETITION CHEER***
- Bantam/ Varsity: July 18-19 (time and location TBD)
- Feather/ JV: July 25-26 (time and location TBD)

Indoor Practice: July 28 to November 15, 2025. Indoor Facility is @ Lord and Savior Lutheran School (9300 Ridgefield Rd, Crystal Lake, IL 60012)
- Mascot: Mondays Only
  - Big Mat 5:00-5:30PM
  - Small Mat 5:30-6:30PM
- Bantam: Monday & Wednesday 5:30-7:00PM
  - Big Mat 5:30-6:30PM
  - Small Mat 6:30-7:00PM
- Feather: Monday & Wednesday 6:00-7:30PM
  - Small Mat 6:00-6:30PM
  - Big Mat 6:30-7:30PM
- JV: Tuesday & Thursday 5:00-7:00PM
- Varsity: Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-8:30PM

Competitions & Games
- Three competition dates will be communicated once the program receives them.
- Weekend Football Games: Games are played on EITHER Saturday or Sunday EVERY weekend (First Games are weekend of 8/30/2025). Teams may need to travel to nearby cities depending on the schedule. Game schedules are based off football schedules. Tackle games are typically announced a couple weeks in advance. Once tackle schedules are announced, coaches will notify squads ASAP of game assignments. Only Jr. Wolves uniforms and approved Spirit Wear are allowed to be worn at all games and events at coaches discretion.

Annual Sideouts Fundraiser/Party
- Sunday, August 31st at 7pm - (Parents Night Out) - Highly recommended to attend. This is a great opportunity to support the program, meet coaches and others, while enjoying some great entertainment. (music, rattles, etc...) This event is open to the public to support the Wolves.

End of Season
- Mascot season will end around the last weekend of October and competition cheer will end around the middle of November.
